Let God Outfit You.

“So Saul clothed David with his armor, and he put a bronze helmet on his head; he also clothed him with a coat of mail. David fastened his sword to his armor and tried to walk, for he had not tested them. And David said to Saul, “I cannot walk with these, for I have not tested them. ” So David took them off.” I Samuel 17:38-39 NKJV

David discovered that when it comes to fighting the forces of darkness you have to allow God to outfit you. He discovered that ‘One size does not fit all.’ He learned that the battle belongs to the Lord and that He alone can give you a divine strategy that leads to victory.

“So it was, when the Philistine arose and came and drew near to meet David, that David hurried and ran toward the army to meet the Philistine. Then David put his hand in his bag and took out a stone; and he slung it and struck the Philistine in his forehead, so that the stone sank into his forehead, and he fell on his face to the earth.” I Samuel 17:38-39, 48-49 NKJV

The Sassy Bee says,for David a stone and a sling was more than enough. So Bee wise and let God outfit you!

~More Than Enough~

Saul placed his armor upon David,

But the garment did not fit;

For God had a different method,

And that tunic was not it!
The stone in David’s bag,

 Was more than enough;

To slay the mighty giant;

That was boasting and strutting his stuff.
In the eyes of Goliath,

David was just a little thing;

But in the mind of the Master,

He was already a King.
