Independence Day is more than just fireworks, family reunion, barbecues, concerts, picnics or parades. It is about understanding, appreciating and continuing to uphold the principles of human rights. The words that were set forth in the Declaration of Independence are still applicable for today! “We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.”
🇺🇸Let us not change the interpretation.

🇺🇸Let us continue to HONOR the founders who drafted the Declaration of Independence.

🇺🇸Let us endeavor to LOVE one another.

🇺🇸Let us use our freedom not to harm, but for the GOOD of society.

🇺🇸Above all let us pledge to HONOR and PRESERVE FREEDOM and true LIBERTY for all people.

Lord Send Revival.

Lord my heart hurts to see the many lives that are been ravished by ignorance and the powers of darkness. Every corner of our community has a church. Most adults grew up in or have gone to Sunday school. They have sung “Jesus loves me this I know for the bible tells me so”. Yet somewhere along the path the circumstances of LIFE has defied your word and baffle their human understanding. But no one can grasp your Wisdom with their natural minds….they have to receive it by Your Spirit. Yet the fact is it is tough to receive the good news of the gospel when people are hurting and blaming it on You. So this morning I am appealing to You to send revival! Open blind eyes, heal the sick, heal the broken hearted, set the captives free. Help people to understand that You are for them and not against them. Let them know that they have a FRIEND in Jesus. “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” John‬ ‭3:16-17‬ ‭NKJV‬‬.  But Lord, I have to admit that it is an unbalanced message if we do not tell people that they have an invisible ENEMY called the THIEF. For your word says that ” The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” John‬ ‭10:10‬ ‭NKJV‬‬. 

Lord, I am praying this morning that my prayers will touch heaven and that heaven will touch the earth! I am praying that every person’s  spiritual eyes would be open to see the real enemy. I pray that they would receive the tools to combat him. But above all, I pray that they would just simply BELIEVE YOUR WORD and humbly receive the abundant life that Jesus came to give them. Amen!

~LORD~

Lord, people are really hurting,

And they are blaming it on You.

But the enemy just keeping on smiling,

Because he knows that it isn’t true.

Lord, people need Your divine wisdom,

And a view from Your Heavenly Kingdom.

Lord, people need to experience a revival,

As a sign for their hope and survival.

God Loved Us First.

It is the month of Valentines….. And love is in the air! But while some of us may have found love, others may have lost it in the battles of life…. But let us choose not to become offended with God for the things we have suffered. Rather, let us move beyond the rubble and look into the Eyes Of Perfect Love realizing that God first loved us! Here is the biblical example of true Love. “God is love. When we take up permanent residence in a life of love, we live in God and God lives in us. This way, love has the run of the house, becomes at home and mature in us, so that we’re free of worry on Judgment Day—our standing in the world is identical with Christ’s. There is no room in love for fear. Well-formed love banishes fear. Since fear is crippling, a fearful life—fear of death, fear of judgment—is one not yet fully formed in love. We, though, are going to love—love and be loved. First we were loved, now we love. He loved us first.” 1 John 4:17-19 MSG
Let us be thankful for the daily blessings that God bestows upon us. But let us remember that love is not about Stuff that is only temporary. For all of the material things that we accumulate, celebrate and hold so dear apart from Him are all just vanity. God is the giver and sustainer of our lives….. For unless He breathes His breath in us we have no life! He is the Light in the darkness. He is still the One who opens blind eyes, cause the lame to walk, cleansed the lepers, cause the deaf to hear, raised the dead and reveals the good news of the gospel.

May we all receive Him as our first Valentine. And let us count ourselves blessed that even in our pain, disappointments and brokenness…….the God of heaven has committed Himself to love us for all of eternity. Truly God is for us and never against us. SELAH! Happy Valentines

THE GOOD LIFE.

Living the GOOD LIFE is not about status. It is not about chasing after money, and it is not even all about you. It is about LOVING GOD and LOVING PEOPLE!
This scripture gives us God’s simple Recipe for LIVING THE GOOD LIFE! “Summing up: Be agreeable, be sympathetic, be loving, be compassionate, be humble. That goes for all of you, no exceptions. No retaliation. No sharp-tongued sarcasm. Instead, bless—that’s your job, to bless. You’ll be a blessing and also get a blessing. Whoever wants to embrace life and see the day fill up with good, Here’s what you do: Say nothing evil or hurtful; Snub evil and cultivate good; run after peace for all you’re worth. God looks on all this with approval, listening and responding well to what he’s asked; But he turns his back on those who do evil things.” 1 Peter 3:8-12 MSG

His Light

Day # 95: Of My 100 Day’s Challenge of Counting It All Joy.

When life feels like a pressure cooker and I am wondering what on earth is going on, the message bible gives me the perfect answer. Don’t be naive, you are living in difficult times. “But don’t let it faze you.” Stick with what you learned and believed, sure of the integrity of your teachers—why, you took in the sacred Scriptures with your mother’s milk! There’s nothing like the written Word of God for showing you the way to salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. Every part of Scripture is God-breathed and useful one way or another—showing us truth, exposing our rebellion, correcting our mistakes, training us to live God’s way. Through the Word we are put together and shaped up for the tasks God has for us.” 2 Timothy 3:1-5, 14-17 MSG

Today I am Counting It All Joy that God has given me everything that I need to navigate the journey of my life.

I don’t have to be afraid,

Or be deceived;

For God has given me His Holy Word,

And I do believe!
I don’t have to walk in the darkness,

For God has given me His light;

So I can live by His daily wisdom,

And endeavor to do what is right!

YES & AMEN.

Day #93: Of my 100 Day’s Challenge of Counting It All Joy.

I am coming to the end of my 100 Day’s Challenge of Counting It All Joy. I must admit, not everything that has happened has spelled JOY! But Joy is not a feeling. Joy is a gift that always manifest in supernatural strength! And that kind of JOY is only God-Given! 

Today I am Counting It All Joy that I can stand humbly yet boldly in God’s Presence, and contend for His promises! For where God has said “YES”, I am going to say AMEN! I am going to say AMEN to all of His promises concerning me and my family. For I declare that His WILL shall be done on earth as it is already established in heaven. AMEN!

Today , I honor my Heavenly Father and His Son Jesus for my life, my family, friends, and the blessings that He daily bestows upon me.
          
       

   ~YES & AMEN~

When God’s Word says YES,

He is not talking about creating any MESS!

When God’s Word says YES,

He is really just declaring that I am BLESSED.

When God’s Word says YES,

He is not talking about peddling any STRESS.

When God’s Word says YES,

He is really just reinforcing that I should REST,

When God’s Word say YES,

He is really asking me to stand firm on His promises;

And joyfully overcome  every test!

NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE.

Day #89: Of my 100 Day’s Challenge of Counting It All Joy. Today, I am Counting It All Joy that nothing is impossible with God!

In conversation with someone, I verbalized my desire to achieve a certain GOAL.I was not talking about climbing Mount Everest or running a marathon. I was simply desiring to improve the quality of my life in a certain area. But I was told emphatically, “It can’t be done!” But I say NOTHING is impossible with God. For His strength will always enable me to overcome my weaknesses. This persons negative remark  actually caught me by surprise. But it has also served as a sober reminder that you have to guard your heart from the DREAM KILLERS and NAYSAYERS! They are TOXIC and they are EVERYWHERE!

 ~Nothing Is Impossible~

When somebody tells me,
“It can’t be done!”

I tell them that nothing is impossible under the sun.

For God has already won my victory,

And His Goodness and Mercy;

I know I will see!
When somebody tells me,

“It can’t be done!”

They have given me an incentive,

For the next mile;

That I am getting ready to run.

He Is Reigning With Power.

At Count It All Joy we are remembering  Jesus Life, Suffering, Death, Burial, and Glorious Resurrection.We are reminded of the fact that there was never any fault found in Him. Yet He was willing to hang on a Cross for our sake!  We are eternally grateful that God placed on His Son the penalty that we deserved for every wrong that we have done and every wrong that has ever been done to us.  “For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.” II Corinthians 5:21 (NKJVI)

We are thankful that He Got Up, so we don’t ever have to stay down!

        ~JESUS~

Jesus is not in a manger,
Trying to hide from some danger.

He is not just on a cross, 

Looking down at the lost;
Jesus is not in the tomb,

For there was not enough room;

To hold Him in the grave.
Jesus is the man of the hour,

For He is still reigning with power.

So look to the horizon,

For it is beginning to shower!

I AM AMAZED.

Day # 81: Of my 100 Days Challenge of Counting It All Joy.

After I committed to take this 100 Days Challenge of Counting It All Joy, I wanted to put my foot in my mouth and leave it there! For within that period of time it seemed that I had more reasons to cry than I did to rejoice! However, I am now 3/4 of the way in fulfilling my challenge. But as I look back over my life, I am amazed at how God took a broken girl from a remote land,  groomed her and  gave her an identity and a purpose. He has given me His love without reserved and He has blessed me with gifts that I have not earned. I am amazed by His willingness to lay down His life for fallen humanity. I am amazed that we can enjoy the life and breath that He gives and still deny His existence! I am even more amazed that He still shows His love and mercy to those who openly blaspheme His name and deny His existence. 

During this season of LENT, Romans 5: 7-8 (NLT) is a sober reminder of Jesus Life, Suffering, Death, Burial, and Resurrection. “Now, most people would not be willing to die for an upright person, though someone might perhaps be willing to die for a person who is especially good. But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners.” (Romans 5:7-8 NLT).  The only  reasonable response from this grateful heart and Count It All Joy Inspirational Company during LENT is thank you Lord for your sacrifice!

From the Cross,
We can experience Pentecost.

For it brought Hope for the wounded,

And Salvation for the lost.

From the Cross,

We have total Victory,

Because Jesus shed His blood;

For you and me!
