A Lesson On Perseverance.

Day # 86: Of my 100 Day’s Challenge of Counting It All Joy.

I am not sure what possessed me to take on a 31 Day’s water Challenge when I am still working  on Day # 86 of my 100 Day’s challenge of Counting It All Joy!

The irony of this whole idea is that H2O has never been a friend of mine! I believe my hatred for this chemical formula began with my difficulty in college to complete chemistry as a requirement for my Nursing degree. There are two “H “atoms and one “O” in these water molecules. Honestly, my understanding of H and O meant “Hold On.” And that is exactly what I did in Chemistry and what I was doing in taking on  this 8 glasses a day water challenge with my essential oils from Young Living. So I completed 6 glasses the first day. On the second day I reached 8 glasses and was excited that no one had to come and rescue me from drowning! But after celebrating my success of 8 glasses I found myself challenged by rainy days, a leaking roof and unexpected financial bills. However, I heard my head singing that old lyrics, “NOTHING is going to break my stride, I’ve got to keep on moving.” In the midst of all of this chaos I was still determined to run to the store to replenish my supply of water. And by the way, I had to give my cashier who was very curious about my purchase of so much water a lesson on perseverance in the midst of distractions. Unfortunately, I was not able to drink from the waterfall that was coming from my kitchen ceiling! But this Sassy Bee was going to find a way to continue to drink herself  happy and finish her water challenge. Gid-dy up girl! #I’mStillDrinking!

Join me on this 31 Day’s water challenge and Cuddle up with this bestseller, “The Eyes of Perfect Love.”

And don’t forget to Choose an aroma of your favorite essential oils.

     ~I’ve Got~

I’ve got a tiny bottle,

That is filled with joy.

I’ve got a new best seller,

That is now my favorite toy!
I’ve got a new attitude,

And I will not Quit;

Because there’s a better way of living,

And I’ve got to find it!

He Is The.

Day # 67: Of my 100 Days challenge of Counting It All Joy.

I am Counting It All Joy because when God gives me a promise, “I can HOLD ON to it!” He has promised to supply all that I need. Therefore, I believe that in every situation I will have all that I need to succeed!

                  ~He Is The~

He is the perfectūüí°LIGHT upon my path,
He is the ROCK on which I can embark,

He is the WATER springing from the Well,

He is the One who lifted me when I fell.

He is the TABLE where I can ūüćīeat for free,

He is the covenant BANNER over me.

He is The Good SHEPHERD who cares for the ūüźĎsheep,

He is the One who ūüĎĀwatches over me when I sleep.

Keep Walking.

WhenJesus told his disciple to let down his nets for a catch, Hate was not the BAIT, but LOVE was the KEY! When Jesus calls us to fish, it is never to uncover other people’s weaknesses or their frail humanity. But rather it is to rescue the souls of those who are sitting in darkness and living under oppression. If Jesus has called you to walk on the water, GO AHEAD and launch out into the deep! And while your hands and your legs are still shaking, remember that you are in for a catch and you will not sink!

                                           ~Keep Walking~

                                        Keep walking on the water,

                                        For you will not sink;

                                        For your faith is so much stronger,

                                        And you are further than you think!

                                        Keep casting your nets,

                                        For I am the keeper of the watch;

                                        And the hand is clearly stating,

                                        That you are in for a catch!
                                        A fishing and a catching,

                                        For the souls of men;

                                        With my power and anointing,

                                        For the broken to mend

Day # 56: Of 100 Days Of Counting It All Joy.

I am Counting It All Joy because He is the same, yesterday, today and tomorrow.
I am thankful that I can dig down deep and draw water out of the wells of salvation and remind my self that He is still God!

                ~WHO CAN~

Lord, who can duplicate Your Universe,

And the matchless power of the Holy Ghost?

Who can make a way in the wilderness,

And forgive our sins when we confess?
Lord, who can turn the crooked path to straight,

And grant us patience when we need to wait?

Who can turn the darkness into light,

And deliver us from the terror of the night?
Lord, You are the beginning and the end,

And Your Word has not changed since then and now.

Lord, no one can ever reverse what You have done,

Through the resurrection power of Your Son!

Day # 29: Of 100 Days Of Counting It All Joy.

I can Count It All Joy because my peace  does not depend on my natural circumstances!

I have made it to Day # 29 of my 100 Days challenge of Counting It All Joy. And I have learned that my joy  does not have to depend on my natural circumstances or how I am feeling. I choose Joy because, He has Saved me, He rejoices over me, He Quiets me, He sings over me!

              ~There Is ~

There is a secret place where I can go,
Where the fount of living water flows.

 It is a place of peace and solitude,

Where I lose my cares and attitude.

It is a place of greater altitude,

Where I am compelled to express my true gratitude!

Day # 28: Of 100 Days Of Counting It All Joy.

I can Count It All Joy because Jesus is in the deep.

It is difficult to step out on a limb without the assurance that somebody is going to catch you. It is even more difficult to launch out further into the deep when you have been fishing all night without a catch. But it is at that very moment when you are weary and feeling defeated that Jesus steps on the scene and says, “Launch out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch.‚ÄĚ Luke 5:4 NKJV
You really want to laugh out loud! But nevertheless in obedience you say, ” If You say so!” Then all of a sudden your nets are breaking because you are catching more fish in a moment than you have done in a night. That’s just like Jesus! Sometimes He will call you to do the most incredible things In the most difficult moments!

Remember this, it is not our gifts, talents, efforts or good works that pleases Him. It is simply our SURRENDER! So next time you go fishing let it be for the souls of men who are still broken and living in captivity. And remember these words from Simon one of the the greatest fisherman. “Nevertheless at Your word I will let down the net.” Luke 5: 5 NKJV

Here is a love note from God!

                                     ~Keep Walking~

                               Keep walking on the water,

                               For you will not sink;

                               For your faith is so much stronger,

                               And you are further than you think!

                               Keep casting your nets,

                               For I am the keeper of the watch;

                              And the hand is clearly stating,

                              That you are in for a catch!
                              A fishing and a catching,

                              For the souls of men;

                              With my power and anointing,

                              For the broken to mend

He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul. Psalms 23:2-3 NKJV

Today, I have chosen to lie down, but it is not in the murky waters of fear, inferiority, intimidation, pain, hurts, regrets, rejection and disappointments. I am lying down in the green pastures and the still waters that the Good Shepherd has provided! At that place He has anointed my head with oil and my cup is overflowing with His joy!

Where are you laying down today? Here is an invitation to ‘COME’ to where the living waters flow!

~The Living Water~

Come to where the living water flows.
Where blue birds sing and flowers grow.
Cast all of your broken dreams aside,
And seek where love and peace abide.
Let radiant beauty fill the air,
As God unfolds His loving care.
Let us thank Him for another day,
Yet onward looking as we pray.

A Divine Flow

Today a part of the falls is dark and covered over by a fog, but underneath the water is still freely flowing. I am so thankful that no matter what the weather condition is that there will always be a ‘Divine Flow.’ This is my prayer as I depart from Niagara Falls today!

Lord, I am asking you to lead the way,
And give me strength for each new day.
Lord, I am asking You for clarity,
And for opening up my spiritual eyes to see.

Lord, I am asking You for a greater acceleration,
And an anointing to intercede for this generation.
Lord, I am asking You for Divine wisdom,
To declutter and advance in Your Kingdom.

Lord, I am asking You to break the chains,
And let the bells of peace and freedom reign.
Lord, I am asking You to turn the tide,
And let me sense the reality of your presence at my side.

Count Your Blessings

Day # 22: Today, you can be thankful for the little things.

In life we tend to spend more time focusing on what we don’t have instead of appreciating the little things that we do have. I grew up on a tiny Island in the Caribbean under very poor social and economical conditions. The only food that we consumed was what we planted. All we ever knew was the hard physical labor of daily working in the fields. We had no refrigerator or electricity.We had to walk barefoot for miles and miles to fetch one bucket of water. And we had to leave our little broken down shack to go to the latrine( a hole in the ground) My tiny island in Montserrat still remains a Ghost Town from the devastating volcano eruption in 1996.Yet, the most important lessons that we were taught as a child was to HONOR GOD, BE THANKFUL and BE RESPECTFUL to others. Today, these lessons are still serving me very well. I am counting my blessings and #IAmForeverGrateful!

Fear Not

~Join me in a 30 Day Challenge of ‘Giving Thanks’

Day # 1:Today, you can be thankful that everything will be okay.

Regardless of your station in life, ‘Fear Not’.For whatever you have need of the good Shepherd will set a table before you.

For He Himself has said, ‘ I will never leave you nor forsake you. So we may boldly say: The Lord is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me.” Hebrews 13:5-6 (NKJV).Remember that God is the Giver and Sustainer of your Life. May you experience renewed Hope and Help this thanksgiving season as you acknowledge Him as your true bread and living water. Here is God’s word of encouragement for you today.

Cast off your cares,
And the burden of worry;
And remember the Cross,
And the pain that I carried.
Cast off your cares,
And the burden of worry,
And follow my leading,
And don’t be in a hurry.
Cast off your cares,
And the burden of worry;
And let me give you new strength,
And a heart that is merry.
