Known colloquially as “Lady J”, Joyce A. Boahene is a poet, an author, and entrepreneur. To date she has penned more than four hundred works of literary prose and published eleven books. She is the owner and founder of Count It All Joy, LLC , an inspirational products company specializing in the manufacturing and retail of poetry, books, gifts, and other faith based resources.
Her work spans the gamut of contemporary themes such as friendship, love, marriage, family and raising children, faith and spirituality, emotional healing, recovering from grief and loss, and overcoming life challenges.
Over the past two decades, Joyce has been commissioned by church leaders, business officials and community members alike to compose poetry for special occasions and public events.
Always a faithful servant of her community, Joyce has been active in her local church serving in the ministry of helps, as a women’s bible group leader and an invited bible teacher.
